I got my nails done 17 days ago an I am careful with my hands an 4 nails broke today im very upset I wont ve going back there again they never offered to fix for me I canceled my next appointment with them I liked that 1 lady im so disappointed waste of 60 bucks plus 8 doller tip
I only gave 2 stars because the lady was nice and upbeat.... but she gave me an infection in my toe and now it hurts like hell. She didnt really do a thorough job and rushed because she was the only one working. I wont go back but shes a nice lady
Friendly but pushy staff. Always want you to do more than what you ask for. Simple white polish is all I wanted and I got this as a result. Only 15 dollars but such bad quality. Made me wear my own flip flops I brought in and nearly got polish on them a few times. Did not use gloves on me. Just try somewhere else. I believe these could have been better if not rushed but there wasn’t anyone else there so why the rush?
Awful. Went in for shellac removal only and she took off half my nail without asking. Didn’t clean up my nails after having to file them. Very unimpressed. Will not go back.
Went there today and asked for stiletto nails and got bumpy un even ones, and when asked to fix it they say it looks even and get mad that Im not accepting the fact that she gave me botched nails. Went here 5 years ago and wasn't impressed and decided to give it another chance and got even worse treatment then before. When confronted instead of fixing the nails she says she did the best that she could and that I didn't say anything because IM the nail technician that should be measuring my nails why she screws with them. Incredibly unprofessional and only care about the money.
